COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS 

The health and safety of our team members and guests has always been our number one priority at Pizzeria Libretto.

 

Please read on for the practices and policies we currently have in place to keep you and our team safe. We thank you for your cooperation. 

GUEST EXPECTATIONS

Any guests experiencing or showing symptoms of COVID-19 are not permitted to enter the restaurant.

 

Guests must sanitize their hands before entering the patio.

 

Guests must wear face masks when entering the restaurant to use washrooms.

 

Party sizes are restricted to four or fewer guests per table.

 

Tables of 2 are provided a 1.5 hour dining time.

 

Tables of 4 are provided a 2 hour dining time.

 

Tables are seated strategically for safety purposes,

specific table requests may not be able to be accommodated.

 

Cash is only accepted for exact payment – no change will be provided.

 

All guests are asked to respect distancing protocols in place

and the space given to other guests and employees.

 

Acceptance of “maintenance upon request” style of service.

WORKPLACE PRACTICES

Staff must wash hands and put on a mask provided by PLG upon arrival.

 

Staff must wash hands every 20 mins with soap and water or alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

 

Sanitize surfaces and touch points often, between each transaction if possible.

Washrooms are to be cleaned every 30 mins and recorded in the cleaning log.

 

Staff must wash or sanitize hands after making or receiving deliveries.

 

Staff must avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth.

 

Avoid high-touch areas, where possible, or ensure hands are cleaned afterwards.

 

Where possible, wear gloves when interacting with high-touch areas.

 

Do not touch face with gloved hands.

 

Take care when removing gloves, wash your hands after removing gloves.

All FOH staff to follow our new Steps of Service, including "maintenance upon request" which promotes less contact and modified service to keep everyone safe. 

Avoid contact with people who are sick.

 

Staff must stay home if sick.

Staff must wash clothes after each shift.
